Very helpful staff, providing useful advice. Clean premises, with a beautiful balcony. Convenient location near tram station for easy transportation. Comfortable stay with excellent breakfast options. Would definitely return if visiting again.

I had a great stay at this hotel. the value for money was excellent. The prices were reasonable and affordable, especially considering the amenities provided. Secondly, the location was perfect for me. Situated in a residential area with easy access to public transport, it was convenient to reach the city center. Lastly, the staff were friendly and attentive, making sure that all my needs were met. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a kitchen and bathroom included. The breakfast may have had limited options, but the home-made pastries were a delicious treat.
All was fine, nothing needs to be improved.

I had a fantastic stay at this B&B. The hosts were helpful and cute, providing a thorough overview of the check-in process and even selling us transit tickets. The room wasnice and neat, and the breakfast spread in the morning was delicious. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby restaurants. I highly recommend this B&B for a nice stay in Florence.

The location of the B&B is very convenient, as it is close to the train station and offers easy access to downtown via the metro. The rooms are clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and well-maintained bathrooms. The staff provides friendly and helpful service, offering advice on tourist routes and providing all necessary information. The breakfast served is good and there are options for vegetarians and vegans. The B&B also has a balcony in some of the rooms, offering a nice view of the surroundings.
Finding parking near the B&B can be quite challenging, especially in the evenings.
